That’s why Hubworks innovative design concept includes many sustainability features, plus new build assurances and warranties – over and above the competitive offer.

That’s why they’re regularly snapped up as soon as they’ve been built.

Since 2020 investments include the installation of over 750+rooftop solar panels (to April 2026) and in excess of £500,000 spent on BNG compliance – which includes ecological surveys, viability assessments, rectifications and ecological improvements.

You can be assured that every Hubworks site has had biodiversity net gain (BNG) ecological surveys plus rectifications completed and is ESG compliant in build design.

Assets are futureproofed for emissions reduction, water use, and energy efficiencies, and are compliant to UK build regulations. Also includes Secure by Design *SBD safety assurance developed by police recommended design consultants, plus a 10-year structural warranty.
