Hubworks Launches at UK REiiF 2026

After six years of quiet development, Hubworks unveiled its brand at the UK’s premier real estate and infrastructure event- and the reception was overwhelmingly positive.

What is Hubworks?

Hubworks is one of the UK’s first large-scale operators of sustainable, next-generation SME workspaces. The concept addresses a clear gap in the commercial property market: Premium two-storey units combining office and warehouse space in a single location.

The Launch

Harriet Spalding, Acquisitions and Land Manager, outlined the company’s expansion strategy and explained what sets Hubworks apart. The brand is operated by Mandale Group, drawing on 40 years of design, build, and operational expertise to develop a growing portfolio of SME-focused business parks across the UK.
